    The last time that happened to me it was my Java. I had to remove Java and then re-install it. I've had that happen a couple of times. It's not hard to corrupt the Java applet. If you suddenly lose power to your p.c. or shut it down prematurely.

    MZINZ Your delay on outgoing is because the ARS table number of digits is set to "unknown". If this setting is used the system will delay waiting for a total of 26 digits. This will cause a "delay" while the system times out. I only use the number of digits "unknown" for international calling...
