we looked at the event logs of windows and the logfiles of arcserve, but there are not any errors listed. There were no changes made concerning the configuration of the program and the jobs- skywalker12

ArcServe12 Restore - First storage group not extendible
Ok, on the exchange Server (2003 Standard)we defined the first storage group and if we have a look at this group, we we can see the mailboxes of all employees. Now, for the purpose of restoring one mail, we´d like to restore this mail with Arcserve, but we are not able to expand the mailboxes...- skywalker12

Hi, I have the following problem: - some emails of an user shall be restored (backup of the Exchange mail accounts through Arcserve12) However, the folder "First Storage Group" can not be extended .. although it has a "+" sign in front of the folder, indicating that there are subfolders..., but...- skywalker12
