I'd guess you know already that you can't replace a faulty hdd unless if it's EXACTLY the same as the faulty one.
If you decide to replace both of them:
take a backup
turn the controller off
take both hdd's out
turn the controller on until you clear the sockets (monitor this on rs232)

The lines are configured to ring on IP handsets, not on analog phones. Just checked the line with a phone connected straight on it and the service is activated, I can see the CLI.

We've got a IP DECT solution installed with a 3300 but sits on its own LAN. No access to the internet or customer's data network. The IP dect phones won't show the date & time because there is no time server available to point it to. Any suggestions, please? Cheers
We have found the issue on one of the extensions. He had a single line with the same number as the administrators mailbox.
I thought you can't have 9999 as a single line ?! You should get an error "the number is defined somewhere else"...because is a MB with that number ?!
