    I installed a Call Pilot 150 to a 0X32 w/ 7.1 s/w. everything works fine, but the customer states that when you get the greeting "Thank you for calling......if you know your parties ext you many dial it at any time" then you get the option to press one, two ,or three. it does not transfer it...

    Installed a CAP's onto an exsisting M7324 w/ 1 CAP already there. It does not see the unit.     Started working on a site with MICS DR4 s/w 04 REL02. Customer's 0X32 had a massive surge and needs replacement. On site they have a NAM(4.0.04A). I don't remember which version had problems, and what it was? I thing it was the forwarding of DN's.
