Hi - I have CM5.2.1 I want to queue calls to 1 skill that is answered in 2 locations. How can I create a vector step that will allow an emergency skill to prevent calls queueing at 1 location ?

You need to add some call classifiers - Are you using alot of 'collect digits' vector steps ?
You also have issues with bloackage in port network 3 - try spreading the traffic across your system.
