I have an application that I want to send keystrokes to. However, I need to know what application to return focus to and identify the form within the application is currently active, identifying it by the caption to determine if it is a simple Return keystroke or a more complex entry.
I enter a...
That's what I needed Thanks tiraditya Now I can get on with my little applet.
My Idea of an OS is one that operates the system not a self contained package of every piece of software ever invented.
I want to capture the last 2 or 3 URL's from Internet Explorer URL history and also paste a URL into IE's address bar with a return to make it go to that page.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a piece of code I can modify/rip/use to do this?
Thanks

Great, it's still happening with the Webshots page every time I view a pic full size. It stopped the popup happening with some sites but this one seems to be a problem and there are still one or two others that keep giving me a debug request popup.
I have Zonealarm and it happens every time...
Good for you Mudskipper.
It's obviously not that common knowledge since I've been on the net for 12 years and only knew a small portion of the hidden files the web page refers to. Cookies have been scorned as potential spies since they first came into operation, but it's only recent, (in terms...
Thanks, I thought it would be something so simple that I couldn't see it :)

If there's any private users with this problem,

has a little app (auto shutdown v4.2) that shuts it down successfully. You can even force shutdown if you get a fussy application that refuses to let go unless manually closed. It can run as a service so...
Very good bit of detective work and some of it is true since I did a search for the files they mention myself. However, if you delete some cookies you may have to remember login details of every site you subscribe to, this one included. It wouldn't be the first time I've made that mistake.

I have just installed VB5 and I have IE5.5 on my Windows 98 machine. Since I have small children, I also have Popup Stopper to prevent those damned XXX rated popups.
However, every time it prevents a popup, VB asks me if I want to debug. It's more annoying than anything because it's not an...
