You can't set the default values for the other parameters based on one parameter, unless you're using VB to get the
parameters.
But you could setup some special record selection logic to ignore what is put into the other parameters.
Maybe with two subreports that pass data back to the main report with shared variables.
One looking for transaction 1531 and one looking for transaction 1518.

Crystal is driven by the details of the report. You are going to need to give Crystal a dataset that has one record for each time you want to execute the label report.
