We are running 8.90 Nice System and it works ok. However, we are running into a problem where a user is unable to run queries or even click on the queries already run without getting the "error running query from agent" message.
Any ideas??

I called Nice Systems and found out they had information about the company who I wourk for.
According to Nice Systems, The NiceLog we are using is DDS3. However, I'll keep on using 4Gig 4mm Cartridges(If it's not broken don't fix it).

We just moved part of our call center to the 2nd floor and we are using avaya infinity with nicelog for call recording.
I am getting feed-back from reps that while they are on the phone with customers, the call will drop. any ideas?
