Newbie to CSS seeking info/tutorials
I used the westciv tutorials - www.westciv.com and found them excellent. Otherwise, copying code (where a style sheet is embedded) and tinkering about will help to a certain extent. Weird indent on <p> tag in Netscape 7.0 and IE 6
Try using percentages or em instead of pixels. Pixels are open to interpretation by different browsers, whereas using em or percentage will keep everything relative. Advice courtesy of www.westciv.com which has taught me everything I know!- RachelM

this isn't answering your question, so apologies in advance - but why would you want to restrict your users in this way? Books on CSS
Eric Meyer's definitely the father of CSS but I don't know if buying a book is the best answer, as they can go out of date pretty quickly. I'd look for an on-line resource that's updated regularly. http://www.westciv.com 's house of style section is one of the better ones, and it's free. You...- RachelM
