I am trying to setup call logging for 1140e phones on a cs1000 with rls 4.5, The phones are setup to log all calls but there is no key for callers or call log. Any help is appreciated
It is turned on on the set to log all calls. There is no logs key or callers key on the phones. I have a 4.5 cs1000. The phones had to be programmed as I2004 as 3904 was not an option. Is there anything else I need to look at?
