Just for fun:
One day my
housework-challenged (on topic)
husband decided to wash his
Sweatshirt. Seconds after he stepped into the laundry room, he shouted to
me, "What setting do I use on the washing machine?"
"It depends," I replied. "What does it say on your shirt?"...
I solved it.
I took Raws as Rawfield (where raw1 and raw2)
and Total as Distinct Count of fields 101 102 103 104.
It only took me 1 day of a play with crosstab fields...lol

The Crosstab is designed that Total is Running Total of the field.
So when Column's values are displayed - Total is correct, when Column is gone - total incorrrect.
101 102 103 104 105 Total
row1 1 0 1 0 1 3
raw2 0 0 0 1 1 2
I want...
Hi,
is there way to supress column in Crosstab? Thanks

I think I am confusing everyone.
Data can be
Code Prod
1001 AAA
1001 AAA
1001 AAA
Total: 1
2002 AAA
Total: 1
3003 AAA
3003 AAA
Total: 1
GrTotal Prod: 3
I am trying...so far it is...
Researched furter...I am affraid I need to loop and if combination Code and Prod >1 - do not count it, move on.
Will that be Do while loop?
And how do I indicate {combination Code and Prod}?
Thanks

I do not have working environment as other people. My users are allowed to change their minds every 5 sec and now it is:

Thanks, Madawc, worked like a charm!
Barock, I will try your solution now. Thanks

Another SUB or Group question.
ID Code Prod
111 1001 AAA
111 1002 AAA
222 2002 BBB
333 3001 CCC
333 3002 CCC
333 3003 CCC
At the end I need Count of Codes
Total Prod for 111 -...
WOW! Thanks, it was all complicated after all, huh? Thanks again for clarifying.

In my thread everyone missed this part:

I've just checked my email and got material for this thread.
I sent email to someone asking if my child can attend workshop and she replied:
I don't think it's necessarily appropriate for children.
Isn't...
Rosie,
I have a question about your signature
"Don't try to improve one thing by 100%, try to improve 100 things by 1%"
Doesn't it sound like knowing little bit of everything and nothing in particular? Just wondering...

What I meant is there is no way to determine how will particular person say it so there is 'a' or 'an' depends on vocal output?
