I can log in and navigate through programming.
Customer uses internal paging through the keysets.
Receptionist presses a button the accesses paging group 01.
All keysets have appropriate COS assigned, but three are not receiving pages. Where and/or how do I add these three keysets to the group?

My old laptop died, and now my new laptop won't communicate with the CS1000 when I dial in. I dial the switch, but I see no information on the screen. I'm told that I need in input the hard AT command string into my modem properties.

Ultimately the back-up didn't work. I presume because of differences in patches as dj4020 mentioned.
Just rebuilt the new system as close as we could to original specs.
