    Did you try a translation pattern on the Cisco, rather than change it on the AVAYA? 7XXX -> 7657XXX Put this in a partition that is in the SIP trunk incoming CSS (I'd suggest creating one just for the that trunk, so you don mess up anything else.

    I have a pretty basic configuration, connecting a CUCM 9.12 to CS1000 - Via direct H323 connection (no IOS gateways). Calling back and forth works fine, a G711 call is established without issue.
