Hi Phyllis, Regarding checking your system, we have similar issues with older versions of the Mac OS - I recommend that you 'network' to a Mac running OSX and a copy of NAV 9. Those machines which are running OS8/9 and the most uptodate NAV that can handle (6?), never find the virus themselves...- Indipop

Hi, Sorry this is not a solution, but another case of the same problem: this time using a Mac under OSX 10.2.6, with Eudora 5.2 in sponsored mode. Swedish characters are substituted with garbage.
