We have made a calender in Excel and saved it on the server. Only 2 people should have write access to it. Everyone else should have read only access. I have set the security levels on the document and on the folder that it is in to give the 2 people that need write access full control...

It is system wide, so I eliminated the telephone as being a cause, i checked out the cabling, and it checked out. Of course the carrier is saying that they see no problems... I guess I will get a new DTI card in here and try...
I have been checking the error logs throughout the day, but the system is not giving any. I checked with the CSR's and they told me that they have got the buzzing sound today.
I just cleared out the error logs this morning so I could see what errors it threw out today. I am told it happens several times a day, so I'll repost later with any errors it may throw out.
Remember, you can only perform a **startup in the first 15 minutes of the phone system powering up. If it has been over 15 minutes, you will have to power cycle the phone system again.
