CMS Login with root access
Hi Better login onto the Avaya Sun login console or remotely telnet to the box. After logging in as root...use the command as below on the # prompt. passwd root You will be prompted to enter new password. You can try this for any login name. Thanks[yinyan]ZORRO5[yinyan]- zorro5

VU Stats - Agent Not Logged In

DS1 Card Swap
Sirrono To replace the card of different TN's its always advisable to busy out the card first. Then remove the TN entry by using the change circuit-packs for that Particular slot. Definitely you will need to remove configuration and re-configure the card for this purpose...- zorro5
