I did find the Real Time Reporting/Overall Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Stats but I want to be able to run a report on the Logged in Resources by hour and by date

I need to find out the total amount of agents logged in per hour by date?
We need to find out if we are going over our Concurrent Licenses. I don't think we are but it would be nice to track that information...
We are about to sell out AD-120 NON -Active Directory intergrated and we want to purge all the voicemails before we sell the system.

We are forwarding some phones to another phone system (not NEC) and when the call forwards it only shows the circuit ID and not the phone number of the person that's calling their NEC phone.
Is there a setting to forward the originating phone number?

I thought ADTM shows the speed of the Main or Primary NIC located at the bottom of the PBX near the power supply.

I NEED TO PROGRAM 200+ EXTENSIONS WITH CALL FORWARDING AND I WAS WONDERING IF THERE'S AN IMPORT COMMAND I CAN USE TO INPORT THE PROGRAMMING INSTEAD OF USING THE MAT TERMINAL?
I the command RLST and entered TN 1 EXT and did a GET and it displays Status 2 Locked and the Execute button is un-grayed. I press the Execute button and nothing happens.

I have a Dterm Series E phone that the primary line shows "CNF RST" and the light is always on.
When I call the line it rolls over the the 2nd line.
I looked in the MAT and the station shows "Locked"
Does anyone know the command to Unlock a station or how remove the CNF RST?
