Great suggestion by using GPOs. However do you know of any sites that list common apps which administrators block along with their executable names? (i.e. bearshare.exe, limewire.exe, etc.)

We have configured Exchange auto-archiving thru GPOs and the 'outlk11.adm' template. I know the GPO is applying successfully to all workstations because in Outlook, all archive options at Tools > Options > Other > AutoArchive are all greyed out.
What's odd is that no 'archive.pst' files are...

We're using Exchange 2003 and want to archive everything older than 12 months to another location. Using OUTLK.ADM within my GPO, I can enabled auto-archiving, but how can I force it to save it to a specific location?
