    One-X communicator voicemail light indicator

thanks joe2938 I initially offered the aut-msg-wt button but some users prefer the red light indicator to work. At this point since I can't figure out the indicator light I may just go ahead with the aut-msg-wt button. Thanks.

Hello, urgent request here. We have a circuit with a carrier that has an issue but does a load balancing thing between our sites. Is there a way we could tell the SBC to no accept new calls, that might get our traffic to only flow to our working location (Location "A") so we can then reboot that...

Migrated from PRI to SIP and have a few issues - please help

I am now understanding this and do think this is what is needed. Being new to SIP and SBC's etc I have a follow up question. Where exactly do I get the script and the diversion header info? From Windstream? From Avaya?

Migrated from PRI to SIP and have a few issues - please help

Our new SIP carrier is Windstream and they are stating that no diversion header is needed in the SBC for them. So, in the SBC, they have "None" under the advanced tab of Server Configuration.

Migrated from PRI to SIP and have a few issues - please help

Hi, we migrated from PRI to SIP trunks for incoming/outbound calls but we have some issues with faxes not coming in or going out(from many vendors but not all). Also, Ec500 will not work via the new SIP trunk so I routed them out a PRI for now but I really need this to work. Is there ANY way to...

Hi, Over the weekend we moved traffic from a PRI to SIP trunks. Well, it worked fine except that we have 2 issues. 1) EC500 Calls do not go out. On the SBC trace we get an error of "400 Bad Request". We are unclear why. 2) Certain "route to" statements seem to be affected. For now, we...

    Urgent SIP trunk faxing question

Hello and good morning. Thanks for the feedback. Sean655: Would I set up the trunk on a different port number within CM or Session Manager? phoneguy55: I like your suggestion but RightFax is currently H.323 and not a SIP product (not the version we are using). So, I would be sending and...

    Urgent SIP trunk faxing question

Any other ideas? Kwick- Curious, what happens when a traditional T1 is not an option? Since many carriers are eventually forcing customers away from it and discontinuing services.

Sadly, we are finding out the same thing just from our short experience so far. But, I have been tasked with getting it done regardless so I suppose it has to happen and soon.

    q-calls button on main page

You can program it but to make it work you have to press the button- right? The call center would like it to always be viewed and updated without agents needing to press any buttons.
