I found a very disappointing experience on Nortel BCM product,
Hardware is fine, but they don't have a clue about what software is
These are some of my experiences
- User Interface (deficient) No friendly at all, lead you to confusion...
That's not correct , due my equipment was Purchased on Ebay, and I tried to renegociate the support with extreme network more than ones having no result after a tedious support protocol, no more options left than recurr to the really helpfull community.
