Hi All
Very quick question - Can Lync be installed for Video conferencing without SIP trunks?
We'll be installing SIP next year but the board members are asking if we can get a VC Lync solution in now.

I'd like to tidy up my announcements. Is there a way I can check whether announcement files are still used in vectors, etc?
Thought I might be able to do a "list usage announcement" command but that's not an option - is there something similar that anyone can think of?

That's that I was thinking - if it's working as intended (which it is) then why do I need additional licensing?
Can anybody tell me what an elite license is and what it might offer over a (presumably) standard license?
cheers

Hi All
Just wondering if anybody could help to explain what licensing I might need given a particular situation..

Hi All,
Wondering if you can help with something obvious, as I might not be seeing the wood for all the trees!
Running CM5.2.1, with resilient S8730's and G650 gateways at the core, with lots of G350/430/450's that have LSP capability at remote sites.

Thanks
SProcNinja is the elevated user that has the sysadmin role so this should work IMO.
This SP is to allow basic support users to create accounts without giving the permissions to their accounts, the elevated user in the SP does al the hard work :)

Hi All
Running Sql 2008 R2 Standard.
I have a SQL auth user account that is a member of the sysadmin server role and that allows me to create logins/users manually as you would expect.
The problem I am having is when I try to automate this process and run a stored procedure to do the same this...
Can't believe I missed that, but it's probably the classic mistake of looking too hard and needing another set of eyes on the problem.
So, what would have been happening was that when I was dialling the main billing number 01164792811 the ISDN provider would present the last 6 digits to Avaya...

Will let you know the outcome :)
