Does anyone know where I can find the procedure to swap out a tn2402 processor. My system keeps rebooting and Im pretty sure that this will fix the problem, but I just cant find the documentation.

Are you using the right 9 to 25 pin cable. Make sure its not a null modem cable. Set to 38400 8 none 1. Terminial type vt100. If all else fails Fed Ex delivers overnight.
I set up the same call flow using the generic action.
After re-recording the .wav file it seems to bu running ok.
I added a 2nd generic action which simply says " you have reached the end of the recording" and then points to disconnect. Has worked so far for about 4 days. The customer records...
These are good ideas. I do have a system set up in a lab environment using analog extentions from a definity for my trunks. I will set up DIDs and see if I can get that to work. I will also try the vmpro modem.

What is the easiest and cheapest way to do remote maintenance on the IP Office? The modem cards are very costly for remoting into the system. Is there a way to call in without a modem if you have a PRI installed?

I have set up a simple Call Flow in voicemail. All calls ring to Extn200 and when in Night mode goes straight to Voicemail. I have a generic box set up to play a greeting and then simply hang up. Problem is the greeting can be 2.5 to 3 minutes long and about every fifth call the system only...
I have an IPO 406 Doing the same thing. Ive replaced 1 30 port module and also the IPO 406 module itself. System is located in a rack in an air conditioned environment. Isolated power with Isolated ground.
Im starting to get use reboots with this system.

Has anyone figured out how to make the system dial out faster. Every system that I put in I get the same complaints about taking 6-8 seconds before the call is ringing at the other end. I tried deleting all of the [9] codes and just making a short code of

A and 20 single line phones at site B and have constantly experienced the lines locking up. THe systems are tied together through the WAN ports. About once a week the call status will show trunks on hold for sometimes over 3000 minutes...
