As ACT!6 begins to open on my Windows XP laptop, it freezes on the first screen which then turns logo solid white once mouse moves. The only way the program will close, is to turn off the computer. Ctrl, Alt Del does nothing. It will only open if I check "Run in compatibility mode with Windows...
I did a similar thing and after a year of sorting realized I should just make a new file with a different name and re-import the contacts I wanted in the new file then deleated the database with all the duplicates. Might that work?
