Today around 1115 EST I noticed the MDR box had the BFL light solid. I was told by AT&T a while back that it means the buffer is full. Also, Callparrot stopped recording to the DVD recorder and is caching every call on the hard drive. The event logs in Windows do not indicate any problems...

I followed your instruction on this an it appears to of worked however, it's backing up my cost collection for some reson it tries to access the cdrom drive and dies. I can't figure out how to kill the task permanantly.Can some one help? Thanks!

Yeah, if they are away from their desk, or if someone calls in and they are on their personal extension or the hotline when it goes to vmail to have the caller be able to hit 0 and go back to the hotline 4402.

I have a group of employees that are setup on a "hotline" along with their own extension. They want to be able to have incomming calls, if they go to voice mail, to be able to be requed say by hitting 0. I'll list the print out of one of the phones. Thanks in advance for any help...

Please go easy on me I'm a noob. I just built a phone (i2004) and it displays "Auto Answer Activated". I have searched the internet for deactivating AUT with no luck. I'm not very good using the console and the LD's I usually use the OTM GUI. Any help is greatly appriciated.
