Licenses is valid The user profile is selected as Teleworker. The softphone box is checked Enable Softphone HTTP provisioning box is checked

It is new installation system (Rlse 9.1). Softphone show "No licence" while login. System has following license 1. Preferred edition 2. Teleworker 3. IP endpoint. On the user profile, the teleworker box is checked. Any body know what is wrong Thx in advance.
