Symptom:
1. I am not receiving the BYE commands on the SPAN port to end the SIP call.
2. Wireshark shows the calls initiating but then don't end making it seem it's a long call.
Work Done:
I am using the most recent SIP firmware on the NRX. I have to enable supervision otherwise the call never...

I have an NTR logger that developed a sudden problem with recording audio on an avaya active solution. Cm I believe is 6.x. AES also 6.x.

I know Nice does not officially support this phone for the NRX but has anyone tried to record it using a V1 board and the latest (last) Toshiba Firmware? Has the protocol changed between the DP and prior models that still work on the CIX Strata?

Does anyone know why an NRX would be able to recorder all the M3900 series phones except for the M3903? Its in the series which means they are technically using all the same protocols. The other models record fine but the M3903 sounds horrible and doesnt trigger properly. Any help...
