Hi,
using Apache 1.3 there is the possiblity to use
mod_throttle or mod_bandwidth to limit the
connection bandwidth. For Apache 2.0.x those modules
don't work. Does anybody know how to achieve
bandwidth limitation with Apache 2.0.x ?

I am using mod_deflate with my ApacheHTTP server 2.0.54 and
I am missing the feature equivalent to
mod_gzip_minimum_file_size which was available with mod_gzip to be able to exclude files with small file size from compression.
Does anybody know how to do that with mod_deflate ...
Ok, if you have your own JSPs or servlets you can do it
like that. But in my case, Cocoon is running as a servlet
on Tomcat. Do I have an understanding problem or does that mean that I have to "bugfix" the Cocoon servlet, inserting the statement suggested above, to get it working ?

Explorer 6.0 and which should be displayed using the Acrobat Reader 6.0 plug-in for MS IE. But instead of opening the returned content in the Acrobat plug-in, I get a file download...
