2) fill in c:\windows\rundll32.exe user, exitwindows in the execute row
3) give your short cut a name. For example shut down PC
4) doubble click the short cut, or put the...

Hi Clive,
A star for you for looking through the holes in the wilderness of coding :-)
Erik...
grtfercho is right.
But only erasing the &nbsp; is enough I think:
<td id="quick-links-top-bak" width="142" height="18"></td>
instead of:
<td id="quick-links-top-bak" width="142" height="18" > </td>

Because we can not see the background images it is probably hard to see for us what gap you mean.
Do you mean a horizontal or vertical gap??
As far as I can see there is no horizontal gap.
I only see that the with of the 2nd cell in the 2nd row is "124" should that be "142"...
What exactly do you want to achieve?
Something like this:
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>...</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
line 1
<HR style="margin-top:-8px; color:red">
line2
<HR style=" color:orange">
line3
<HR>
</BODY>
</HTML>
Hope this helps. If not, then tell us what you exactly...
Is this what you want?
<FORM name="form007">
<INPUT type="text" name="field11"><br>
<INPUT type="text" name="field12" onfocus="blur()"><br>
<INPUT type="text" name="field13"><br>
</FORM>
Hope this helps,
Erik

It depends what you want to use the table for (I mean the content of the table) but maybe this example is what you mean ??
<HTML>

Move the "width:75%" from the <div> to the <fieldset> like this:

Hi Clive, FYI:
To write the code for ascii characters here on a tek-tips post you have to now the trick.
If you simple write &#63; you will see the character and NOT the code you want to tell the other members. So instead of adding the space you did, you have to code:
