Yes there was, cannot remember exact wording and cannot find a note of them, sure it was more along the same lines as runtime error.

The ACT Outlook addin appears under the Inactive Application Addins, when you go in to manage the addins it is unticked, you tick it, close Outlook and reopen, but checking the addin again, it has a runtime error loading.

Windows 7 is 64bit and Office 2010 is 32bit. ACT was installed after Office, I have tried a repair on Office but that makes no difference.

Thanks for the response, the customer is currently up and working so do not want us to mess with the pc, I have kept the kb article for if and when it happens again.
Customer is running ACT Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2.

Did you get your problem resolved, with have exactly the same issue. The customer in question does not have a Cisco PIX firewall in place.
Odd random emails appear to get through but the majority of emails don't, there doesn't appear to be any pattern to the issue.

PC has a 250GB disk, 225GB available. Properties of the hard disk show only 2GB free!! Total size of all folders on the disk is 25GB. Turned off system-restore and this made 33GB so free space is now 35GB, but that’s still 170GB missing or not available.

We have Linksys WAP 200 setup as Access point and another Linksys access point set to repeat the WAP200, MAC address of repeater is entered into the WAP200 config. WAP 200 has been setup with a static ip on the network.

We have 2 customers with the same issue, for some reason the tape appears to eject from the drive on its own accord, thus when the scheduled backup starts it is constantly asking for a tape to be inserted. This is not happening every single day and there doesn't appear to be any pattern to it...
