It should be stamped or listed on the bottom or back of the printer. Might be hidden under the toner cover. Printing out a configuration page will likely have the MAC number too.
Try PRINTSERVESETUP Utility. It's a Lexmark application but it just might work. I have used it many times for Lexmark print servers.
