Is this a legacy Partner telephone system? This particular forum is for iP Office systems operating in "Partner" mode. 🤔

For low pair count cable, I use a Cyclops 2 Cable Jacket Stripper. I vaguely remember being able to use it to cut the jacket on 25-pair cable as well. [smile] I [love2] "FEATURE 00

I've used Tripp Lite (Eaton) UPSs for quite a while, and haven't had any problems with them. If my memory is correct, Eaton manufactured UPSs for Avaya at one time. I [love2] "FEATURE 00

Also, looking over the documentation for the Partner ACS, the system has limits. The maximums are: 31 lines x 25 extensions 21 lines x 45 extensions or 11 lines x 48 extensions. I [love2] "FEATURE 00

DND would prevent ringing for sure. One quick way to see if extensions are DND'd is to program a one-touch speed-dial button (with a status LED) and see if the LED lights up. If it does, the system sees the extension in question as busy/DND. [ponder] I am unaware of ring generator issues with...
