Depends on what you mean by IVR. In the truest sense, an IVR is Interactive Voice Response - like calling in and having voice recognition.
I've found over the years that a lot of folks coming into the voice world consider an Auto Attendant (press 1 for this, 2 for that) an IVR.
That said, on...
I agree with Biliz66 - almost always 1-way or no-audio issues are a routing issue.
I recently had a site that replaced their DHCP server and the folks didn't set the voice network option 3 for Default Gateway. As phones renewed their lease, they removed the default gateway causing 1-way audio...
was that the settings or is that what you changed it to to correct it?
If that was the original settings and the problem persists, check the following:
in form 19, the dial zero point might need to be looked at.
Call in and log into mailbox zero - check to see if there is a recorded name for...
I would think then that the operator mailbox "0" is set up and has a recorded name from the GM. Look at the mailbox in form 50 to see if its extension is set to the GM's extension.
using putty - log into the system using RAW port 2002.
-> master_list (0x1)
this will give you a full list of all mailboxes with all of their data including their one-touch options.
When you get that info, it should point you in the right direction.
Also, monitor the SMDR output while testing...
Some browsers, when you edit a form that contains a username and password that you have saved, it will auto-fill those fields. Clear out the saved password to the system and try again.
Some things that might also be helpful:

In the SIP Peer Profile under SDP Options, Check the RTP Packetization Rate.
If you're using older Mitel telephones, you may have to adjust the rate to accommodate it.
default is 20ms
I had to make a change at one site to accommodate the older phones and/or AT&T SIP trunks. I believe AT&T...
Mitel support suggested adding additional messages in the one Marquee.
1. right click on the marquee, and configure it.
2. click add a message - give it a name - "marquee 2" (name is not displayed anywhere).
3. add the variables as needed - replicate what they want for the new users.
4. click...
How long has the system been running? I would restart the system and see if that resolves the issue.
If restarting the system isn't an option, you can issue the commands to stop and start the voicemail (I'm assuming that this is the Embedded Voicemail).
If the system is running MiVB 8.x and...
The 5235's and Navigator both quit working many versions ago. We were able to get the 5235 working, but as you indicated, the screen never populated. Since I only had one of these at our office with no other customers with them, we simply replaced the phone with a newer 53xx phone.
The...

thanks Chriss!
I had been trying to log into this since yesterday afternoon. Requesting a password reset was never received.
I saw your post saying that the pw is only the 1st 10 characters of the password. Since mine was at 11, I removed the last and it let me in.
I guess I'll update my...
I have a customer that recently added another ACD agent, but unable to add to them to the marquee due to limited text space. I have opened a ticket with Mitel support and they said that it is a limit and suggested that we add an entry to the Mitel Voice. Apparently the MiCC design team won't...
I have two sites that are using the Marwatch legacy probe. Neither of these are polling traffic reports from the system.
When I review the settings for the MiVB on Marwatch and save it, it shows that it can't log into the system with the MiXML error:
"ExecutionException...
This is for the end user/customer to access their system to update names and such. on a recent update, edge removed ie and setting edge to ie mode isn't working.
I too keep a windows xp laptop on hand with a very old version of ie for a couple of customers that simply refuse to upgrade... and...
Jose,
When are they pressing "#"? I'm trying to understand if they are picking up their handset and getting dial tone, then pressing # to access voicemail... or are they calling into their mailbox and pressing #.
What is saying "not allowed"? The display of the phone? or is the voicemail...
We're struggling to maintain several systems with older software that seem to only work with Internet Explorer. Edge, even in compatibility mode won't connect.
We're researching to get systems running the latest version of MiVO 250 to see if that resolves the issue.
Does anyone have tricks...
Can you elaborate on the issue? Is this users accessing their voicemail box by pressing #? Or is this callers calling into a mailbox and while listening to the greeting and pressing #
