Is there a utility that can be used with Outlook 2000 to take a list of recipients and send the same message to each (with attachments, etc) so that only one name appears in the T0: section?
Thanks..

Dear Rolliee:
Thanks for the quick reply. I just used the wizard and it didn't do what I wanted. Let me be more specific.
The combo box is populated with two fields from table Account: Work Phone and Trade Name.
When the user clicks into the combo box, I want it to automatically drop down and...
Can someone tell me how to create a document using the Avery 8386 Ink Jet Postcard template. I can't figure it out and can't find it in the help files.
Thank you...
Dear Geoff:
I'm playing around and I saw an article in PC Magazine. I use this formula all the time, and sometimes when I copy a worksheet to another worksheet the formulas don't come (I've learned now to paste special).
Perhaps what I am thinking of is a Subprocedure. In Access and VB you can...
Thanks to both repliers. I tried to open it in Adobe Photo Deluxe, but it wouldn't open either (something about a color line..).
I took it and got it rescanned at a printer's office. I'll see if that works (it was saved both as a TIF and a JPEG.
Our scanner only saves to .tif and .pdf formats. I am trying to insert a Tif file into a WORD doc. I am using INSERT PICTURE FROM FILE
and then I pick it and it tells me "An error has occurred while inserting this file"
Any suggestions?
Thank you
Dear Dreamboat and Lode:
I'm playing with it and it doesn't work. Here is what I've got:
Function PctChange(newvalue, oldvalue) As String
Dim x As Single
x = (newvalue - oldvalue) / oldvalue
Rem Worksheets("2002 SA vs Zurich").Cells(2, 4).Font.Size = 20
Rem Cells(3, 3) =...
In VB, how would you assign a value to a cell? I created a PctChange function which puts the result into the cell where I've entered the function name, but what if I want to also change cell D7 to "Over Quota" within the function. How do I reference an individual cell in VB and assign...
Thanks - I've added the CLng and it works. Are you saying that I can use format() and add commas, round decimals etc. I've looked up format in the Help files (both Access and VB and I don't find anything on the function)?
I appreciate your help.
Thank you cmmrfrds! It works. The totals for the Incurred fields are coming in with 6 decimals. I've changed the properties for the field to 0 decimals, but am still getting the same result. Can I use format again like you did to round it to an integer?
I check the Help system before posting...
I have a table with a date field [Claimdate] and I would like to have a query group the claims by the day of the week on which they occurred?
Can it be done in a query? And can I get the columns to show:
Monday Tuesday Wednesday etc.
Thank you
Thanks to Jerry and the OldMAN, who is wise.
I've changed the default format to plain text. Is there anyway to still send a table type format with plain text. I frequently cut and paste from Access tables, and they are never lined up when its sent in plain text.
I didn't realize that other...
We use Outlook and NT Mail. My emails with .pdf and .doc attachments can't be opened by the recipients. The emails with the Word Documents show attachments with a .dat extension.
Does anyone know why this is not working?
Thanks to both replies. I'm reluctant to play with the registry, so I used msconfig. There were many in there I hardly ever use. Some I don't even know what they are.
Is it important to launch Office automatically, or can I open each app as I need it?
I have several programs that open automatically everytime I start up. I'd like to be able to just open them when I need them (which is infrequently). How can I do this. I have Windows 98 SE.
Thank you in advance.
