What version of Excel are you using? In 2007 and later you could just use SumIfs.
=SUMIFS(M:M,B:B, "11_22", L:L, 303, M:M, ">=" & 1)
(Not entered as an array formula)
That'll be much simpler going forward.
To add your second criteria, just add two formulas together to make a longer formula...
The criteria for your Conditional Format will be a formula:
<=today() + 7
(The Now function includes the time. Today just returns today's date)

Do you mean you want to create a dynamic link to the other cell? What results would you expect to see in cell A3 on Sheet 1: 3 or 7?

It sounds to me like you're describing Aero Snap, which is a feature of Windows 7, not Office.

FYI: Double clicking the Office Button will close the application, regardless of how many workbooks you have open. I know it's not the red X, but it works out of the box.

I don't think it's anyone trying to sound smart so much as it's yet another military euphemism that's meant to avoid upsetting the populace.

But, as long as the selection isn't too complex (meaning made up of too many separated pieces), you can just copy and paste. Excel will, by default, only copy the visible cells.

The "etc." leads me to suspect that there are several options in the dropdown.
What you want isn't a series of nested IFs (which is limited to only 7 nested statements in XL 2003 anyway), but rather a VLookup.
Search Excel's help file for "VLookup". Let us know if you need assistance...
Without any VBA:
In Excel (not Access),
Go to Data > Get External Data > Access
Browse to find the file
Select the Table you're after
I've brought in several few hundred thousand records in one shot.

Most of us around here would use a SumProduct formula to accomplish that. It's quite simple once you understand how to read it and has the benefit of not having to be entered as an Array Formula. Plus it's quite a bit shorter than what you have above.

Go to the Office Button > Prepare > Properties
That allows you to see the location of the file (at the right) as well as edit various properties such as Author.

I do see a separate RAID configurations screen during boot up - after the MoBo splash screen and before Windows starts to load.
But once I'm in Windows and go to Disk Management it shows two different drives. and only intermittently shows those. I sometimes have to Rescan Disks before they show...
