No voice transmission after waiting on hold
Upgrade the system to 11.1.3.2.0 There was a Bug I found across multiple sites specifically with J 179s, unplugging the phone and plugging it back in again would occasionally fix the issue for a short period of time. or as reboot of the IPO itself tended to help- danCST

ACCS, IPOSE, AWFOS Manual recording on Softphone
Hey all, Has anyone else utilized AWFOS with ACCS/IPOSE and had the customer want to give ACCS agents using a softphone access to start a recording manually? As far as I can tell, I can have them record automatically and then pause/cancel or not record. If they were using a desk phone I can...- danCST
