We're a small office so everything for the E-mail is stored locally on the workstations, since an exchange server is just not cost effective. I've tried testing the network connections and have found no problems.
As far as the newsletter goes, it's just an html formatted e-mail, it's not too...
My Boss has a few distribution list that he uses regularly. The "Office Distribution" frequently errors out when forwarding newsletters and such to the recipients. The message "An Unexpected Error Has Occurred." pops up and you have to close the messages and recreate it before you can send it...
You could be very right. It's like no connecter I've ever used. It's a Male connector that looks similar to a Parallel port. It has approximately 45 "pins" and is about 2 inches wide and 1/2 inch tall.
Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

I need to find a connector to plug into my laptop for a printer. It's not a parallel or a serial plug, it's smaller. Any idea what I'm talking about or where to get it? I'm using an old ACER laptop if it helps.

I have a Zip 250 on my machine running Win XP Pro that just won't work continually. Everytime I restart my machine or reload the drivers it works fine for a couple of hours, but after that I get a "Please Insert Disk" error everytime. If I format the disk then it starts responding again, but...
kb63,
I had to set up a static DNS. After a little more research the server was having a DNS error everynight when it tried to renew the DNS. After setting it static all problems have been resolved.
Good luck with yours.

A regular keyboard plugged into the pc slot works fine. It's just a matter of getting the actual keyboard to work correctly. This thing's so old I don't even think it has usb ports!
Thanks for the feedback. Keep 'em coming.

I have a PC, running Windows XP, in my office that gets disconnected from the network almost daily. I've disabled the power settings ("Allow to shut off to save power"), couldn't find anything in his profile on the server that would cause, and even replaced his nic. What am I missing? Has...
Once in a while I get a "messaging interface error" when I try to send e-mails. It won't let me send so I have to copy the content and paste it into another e-mail, then it will go without any problem. Has anyone come across this and know how to handle it?

I'm including a Graph on a new report. The proble is that the colors are set to auto-pick so I was wondering where I could change the colors to what I want to use. I noticed on some other graphs that I have seen the colors are different. So it has to be possible. There are only going to be...
Not really. With the e-mail signature working as HTML coding then it's the same principal as a web page. I've already tried the code, sent it to some contacts and it works. The code and the image is built into the e-mail so as long as the other users accept HTML formatted e-mails the only...
