has anyone tried routing a call to a third party device in srst mode? Can we put a route using an alias to route to a third party device?

Hi all,
We are running CME version 7.2. The receptionist is able to transfer the call but when she returns to the caller to say the lie is busy she can speak to the original caller for a few seconds but then gets disconnected.
Any idea why this is occurring?

Working on integrating MS Lync with CUCM 6.x. Does anyonw know if this can work without Cisco Unified Presence (CUP). Can I use another gateway as a mediation server between the Lync server and the CM? We will be using SIp trunks

We wuld like to set up a recording before routing to the hunt pilot. We have a number of toll free numbers that get translated in the local exchange to the hunt pilot number.

The desk phone and IP communicator share the same extension and the devie settings are exact.They belong to the same DP and the same DTG. Yet their times are different. Does anyone have a clue why this is so. IP comm version 2.0 Cm version 5.1. Thanks
