    CME issue with transfer disconnects

    Hi all, We are running CME version 7.2. The receptionist is able to transfer the call but when she returns to the caller to say the lie is busy she can speak to the original caller for a few seconds but then gets disconnected. Any idea why this is occurring? Thanks

    Greeting before hunt group routing.

    We wuld like to set up a recording before routing to the hunt pilot. We have a number of toll free numbers that get translated in the local exchange to the hunt pilot number. Any ideas how I may accomplish this? I have a CM 6.1.4 and Unity Connection 7.1.3

    yes pc is the right time zone and so is the desk phone. same DP pointing to same DTG which reflect hte correct time!

    The time on the PC is consistent with the time of the desk phone, but the time of soft phone is not.The soft phone is off by 8hrs from the PC time.
