Well after 4 hours and calling an engineer out BT (Our service provider) said 'oh wait lets just try a hard reset on the ISDN' and it went back up

We have no error lights on any of the kit BT have confirmed the ISDN is fine

Came into work this morning and we have had a power cut over night. Our phone system will not allow incoming or outgoing calls, when we press 9 for an outside line it doesn't do anything. Any suggestions on what we can check ?

We currently use a web based dialler with out Meridian switch but this means our 15 agents DDIs are always engaged. We need them to be able to take incoming calls so can i set a hunt group up on another Key ? If i can do this can someone help me with it. Thanks

Sorted i think Earthing problem on the new patch panel and im only running 1 cat5 cable for 4 phones. Make sense ?

Yeah sorry just remembered i'd tried CPY but got the same error. but CPY 1 works OK. Another question is i have a 2616 the old square shaped one, I've plugged it into a socket that has a 3820 connected and i worked fine, so i've copyed the 3820 to a new TN with a new DN but get no disply ...

When i try to copy a TN i just get a SCH code any ideas LD 11 REQ COPY SCH0099 COPY?
