Update, I have fixed the problem. The services on the backup server itself was set to Local System Account instead of the ID and password of the remote server.- reliableparts

grimmy26, Thanks for answering. Yes, the server can "see" the other one in Network Places and even connect to all files. (Both servers have same User names and password and are administrators) I tried mapping a drive as well, and got the same result. I also tried defining different user...- reliableparts
