there is a compatibility program on the windows 2k pro cd, i'll let you find it, lol, anyways it's resource tools where you can make older programs run in a windows xp sort of compatibility mode for windows 95/nt/98/etc and diable temp folders and other stuff, carmageddon runs fine now for me ;)- pimpinhondacivic

bluee creens on boot up acting funny.
kmixer is your sound, you might have a cmedia sound card or something, try upgrading the sound card drivers, might fix the problem. the other files seem to be windows system files, try and install a service pack update, use the latest service pack, or re-install windows.- pimpinhondacivic
