I have been directed by my supervisor in our IT dept. to find a way to prevent users from accessing streaming media. Most users stream through Yahoo messenger but a few also stream through Windows Media Player.

Thanks for the replies. I found the problem. We have just relocated into new corporate offices and installed wireless routers while our main servers were being moved and setup. The wireless network was setup without security so we were effectively "sharing" our network with the whole building...
We have DHCP scope of 40 addresses however, when I view server statistics it shows 35 addresses in use but when I view address leases it only shows 6 or so addresses in use. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this conflict?
