    I figured out the fix for this. It's an issue with IE7. After uninstalling IE7 everything works fine.

    Something happened over the weekend that is preventing me from accessing Arcserve. I'm running 11.1 build 3060. Everytime i try and open it up a screen pops up saying "Failed to create an empty document". I've never seen this before and I'm having trouble finding any info about this issue...

    No errors. The windows and office scanner numbers keep going up (successes) but I can't push the new updates until they show up in software updates.
