I have converted the music to Avaya's standard. Even tried some noise reduction filtering. Bit of help. If this doesn't work then i'll just leave as is.
Thanks.
I wasn't aware of the cell phone testing quality, but it is poor using *34.
I'll try the impedance transformer. I don't see the WMT1a being too available in the UK, but found another Audix T50K Impendance matching transformer - Low output(100-600 Ohm) to Hi-Z 50K inp.
I might have another one...
I am using embedded voicemail.
The only files I can find on the SD card that look close are in the System/Dynamic/LVmail folder. All CLP files, but with the right info in the 'Announcement Data' info box on the right.
Luckily it was only one announcement.. :)
I have an mp3 player hooked up to play my hold music on repeat (yes we do own the rights to the music).
The sound quality is a bit shoddy. Is there something I can do - set levels/hardware filter/etc - to try improve the quality? One thing I have noticed Is I have to crank the volume of the mp3...
I set up a button on my receptionist's phone to toggle the Do Not Disturb flag. Without queuing this causes the hunt group to overflow immediately, which is great. With queuing, however, it has no effect.

Thanks,

Works well, and...
I am using embedded. VMPro way too pricey!
I tried dial by extension, but it forces me to select a 'local' extension. Is there a way to create a virtual extension and route that to the US extension?
Thanks,

What I'd like to do is be able to call a DDI (I have a spare DDI that doesn't have an extension/user) and have an auto attendant answer and say something...
