    Thanks so much for the assistance. I agree with all of you that data corruption is unlikely in the normal use of the Copy/Move commands.

    Can anyone confirm that Nortel came up with a DB corruption with MOV when the phone is in use.

    We have no corruption that we know of. A contractor has raised this issue that using these commands in normal moves does cause corruption. Again our switch is a nortel opt 61 and opt 81. Any cases that were verified that would support this claim would be appreciated.

    Explain how these commands corrupt data in normal moves of non acd sets. I have used these commands for 10 yrs without any problem. We have a Nortel Opt 61 and opt 81 switch.
