I am running the System Status application on a client PC. I put the IP address of the IPO and it tells me all connection in use, even though no one else is logged in.

So I shut everything down last night, re-ordered the cards per the recommendations, tried a few configurations as noted above and kept getting the same result with this new DS8 card. With the new card out all is good. Is there something else I am missing?

I just rechecked the trace, that is actually in the trace for the good caller ID, I copied/pasted in sections and looks like I missed a few lines.
All pretty much looks the same to me with the exception of what gets picked up as the calling number. Very odd.

Were you able to test? I am running 5.0 and have the same exact problem.
Only thing is every other call comes in showing a valid Caller ID name/number. Very odd, but if I dial my SIP number from my cell twice I'll get garbled caller ID followed by valid caller ID, same if I call 10...
