CallPilot runing with CC6 don't respond the announcement greeting..?

Was really hoping the reboot trick would work for you. Most of the time if CC comes up 1st as there is a delay on Callpilot startup. Optman. Is this a redundant Callpilot setup by chance? Ask as we are working on that and have seen some issue with the 2 CP fighting over the ports...

CallPilot runing with CC6 don't respond the announcement greeting..?

What order did you bring up the servers? When I have seen this happen in the past it was due to callpilot coming up before contact center was fully ready to go.

QOS warings - What is monitored

So I am reading my logs from last night and see some more than usual QOS warning on switch. After looking through forum and several Avaya (Nortel) docs I cannot seem to find a straight answer to the following questions. With the QOS warnings, is it the ELAN or the TLAN (I am thinking ELAN)...

Option 61c, Looking for Call recording/monitoring software

We use Verint here. Pro: We rarely have to touch it. They sell it in modules so you can pick and choose a little bit on what you want. Even do screen capture on PC’s if you want (we don’t) Con: It is very expensive, as is the maintenance Depending on what you want there can be multiple...

    Combining sites

Forgive me Firebird I am not familiar with "Linked numbers." TN's, Scls, and many Dn's will have to change no doubt about that. There is also a chance we will have to create several IDC's do to local numbers may not match the new ext. Hoping to keep them as close as we can. Big fan of the...

    New to SIP

No SIP line coming in at this time. We were a traditional TDM shop that went to VOIP with the CS1000E upgrade. Since Avaya is really pushing the SIP angle, my superiors wanted us to setup some SIP phones on the current switch to test. Our former vendor (currently between) said we can do this...
