Mitel MiVB - Make Busy button disappearing.
Well actually thats nice to hear that its a bug in the 7.XXX releases! Because i am on the 7.1 release. I have been pulling my hair out with the issue. granted its not like Super critical as its easy to go in under 10 seconds to reprogram it. We are looking to do a software upgrade to 8.0 or 9.0...- Kpruett

Ran into a odd scenario or has been happening sporadically throughout the organization. I haven't really been able to pinpoint the the issue of why their button programming just seems to no longer be there on the phone.
