Pulsating Line Tones w/6X16 (new re-installation)

Pulsating Line Tones w/6X16 (new re-installation)
After moving from one building to another and re-installing our 6X16 (NT5B01-30DBG04) we are experiencing a pulsating line tone when depressing any of the line buttons. Set 21 (default phone) seems to experience the noise less than any other set, though the pulsating tones are still audible...- dmssmgr
