Where did I go wrong
@russellmunday The range is different - Location 1 uses 192.168.1.xx Location 2 uses 192.168.2.xx @ROUTERKID1 Tried the \\192.168.2.xx and it works!!! I am able to see computers from both sides (I knew it was something simple). I cant enable network sharing for Program Files cause its grayed...- vwdubber

Where did I go wrong
I have static ip for the wan ... for the local net I havent assigned ip's. Thats what I am unclear about .. I am allowing the router to assign an IP from the DHCP but now I remember that I need to assign an ip thats different from that to each machine.. Rite now my settings from the properties...- vwdubber
