Is there a way to revert imagent.exe back to the older version? Pulse is still isn't reporting real time data or sales data. None of the terminals are running in redundancy. I have two tickets open, but NCR has been extremely slow to respond, and when I call them, they tell me they will have a...- halfasian

Apparently the service was working up until about two weeks ago. What services need to be running for pulse to work other than the application that you mentioned? I'm thinking maybe something was disabled at start up.- halfasian
